Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are always USD 5,95 regardless of the destination country.

fesoi always ships with a tracking link. The shipping partner is DHL or Deutsche Post.

Shipping Time

fesoi currently ships all orders from its central warehouse in Germany. Orders from Europe therefore usually reach their recipients within 2 to 7 working days. Orders from outside Europe usually take 7 to 28 working days.

Customs

We are currently shipping all goods from Germany. For consignees outside the European Union, customs charges may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient if fees are incurred. You can find out whether there are any costs and in what amount from the customs authority of the recipient country.
