Shipping time

fesoi currently ships all orders from the central warehouse in Germany. Orders from Europe therefore usually take 2 to 7 working days to reach their recipient. Orders outside Europe usually take 7 to 28 working days.

VAT / Tax

All Orders include 19% German VAT. Orders outside the EU do not include VAT. The customer is responsible for any import duties incurred.

Customs

We currently ship all goods from our warehouse in Germany. Customs charges may therefore apply for recipients outside the European Union. These are not included in the purchase price and, if charges are incurred, must be paid by the recipient. You can find out whether costs are incurred and how much they are by contacting the customs authorities of the recipient country.
